Finding Job Defaults

With the Find dialog box, you can locate a particular job default listed in the Job Defaults view if you know its name or description. The Find dialog box opens with the Find command on the Tools menu.

To find a job default

From the Tools menu, choose Find to open the Find dialog box.
In the Item box, select Job Default.
In the Search For box, type the name or description of the job default that you are looking for and then click Find.
Note: If you enter the name of the job default, selecting the Search the Name Field Only box will speed up the search.
